The Phantom Killer

There have been many villains in the Horror genre so there are some that are bound to be lost as time goes on, this was one of the reasons that made me do this list. For me “The Phantom Killer” is one of those characters, a character that has sadly been lost to the past but doesn’t deserve to be.

For me this was one character that well and truly creeped me out, even before I knew of the real life influence of the character, this is a character that sticks with you for a while and he well and truly deserves to be higher up peoples lists when it comes to Horror villains
