The 90’s has a bad reputation when it comes to Horror films but some people tend to forget they also had some great villains and the character of ‘Toby’ seems to have been a forgotten one.

‘Toby’ is a character that people seem to have sadly forgotten all about and it’s a real shame as I thought he was fantastic but he’s another on my list that just got overlooked and is under-rated.
