My Top Twenty Horror Film Opening Scenes

The all too crucial opening scene.

I’ve always thought that a great opening scene is crucial, it can set a films tone, grip the audience or even lose them. I’d love to see film makers paying more attention to their opening scenes, make them more memorable, but that’s a rant for another post.
