In the past I have voiced my dislike for Horror movie remakes. With that said I thought I’d try and put a positive spin on it with this post, this is just part 1 of 3 though. I will be doing “The Good, The Bad & The Ugly” 3 posts on the best, the worst and the plain awful.
Max Renn runs a TV channel, and when looking for new material to show, he discovers “Videodrome.” His girlfriend, Nicki Brand, goes to audition for the show, and Max gets drawn into the underlying plot that uses the show as its front for a global conspiracy.
That’s right, this month the amazing John Carpenter is my icon of the month. The man is best known for giving the Horror genre Michael Myers, but there is so much more he has done.

Inkubus tells the story of a skeleton crew working the final shift at a soon-to-be demolished police station in Wood Haven, Rhode Island. The night takes a gruesome turn when the demon, Inkubus, calmly walks into the station holding the severed head of a murdered girl.
