Slasher films, I bloody love them!
Two youth counselors bring a group of emotionally troubled teens deep into the woods for a weekend of solitude and confrontational therapy. The trip turns deadly when they are terrorized by a cannibalistic hermit with a thirst for blood.
Doesn’t that sound brilliant! That synopsis fills me with excitement as it sounds like a lost 80’s classic Slasher film that has just been discovered and we all know the 80’s as the decade of the Slasher film.
Director Brad Twigg has stated that this is his love letter to the 80’s and he truly has worn his influences on his sleeve here. It fills me with excitement to see people still have so much passion for the sub genre.
The film is completed but extra funds are desperately needed to help with post-production funds. There are plenty of perks available for those who want to help.
